Visions is an album by the American soul group Gladys Knight & the Pips, released in 1983.[2][3]
The album peaked at No. 34 on the Billboard Top LPs & Tape chart.[4] "Save the Overtime (For Me)" reached No. 1 on the Hot Black Singles chart.
Leon Sylvers produced one of the finest uptempo hits Gladys Knight & the Pips ever made in "Save the Overtime for Me." It was the kind of jubilant, celebratory, rousing performance that had marked their best Motown singles, and it put some fresh life into what had become a stagnant group. The rest of this album wasn't that good, but it hardly mattered. They got a follow-up number five single, another chart hit with a third release, and were back in the game.
